Joseph Verheyden

Joseph Verheyden is professor of New Testament Studies at the Catholic University of Leuven. He had authored numerous articles on various as­ pects of biblical and early Christian studies. Most recently he co­edited a volume entitled “Ancient Christian Interpretations of ‘Violent Texts’ In the Apocalypse” (NTOA 92; Göttingen, 2011) as well as the collected essays of William Petersen (“Patristic and Text­Critical Studies”, NTTSD 40; Leiden, 2012).
