Marta Sanz-Solé

Marta Sanz-Solé is Professor at the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Barcelona, where she also received her Ph.D. degree in 1978. She has published many research papers on stochastic analysis: random fields, Malliavin calculus, anticipating calculus, small perturbations of stochastic dynamical systems, as well as stochastic partial differnetial equations. professor Sanz-Solé is one of the leader members of the research group on stochastic analysis at Barcelona. In 1998, she received the Narcis Monturiol Award of Scientific and Technological Excellence, granted by the autonomous government of Catalonia.
