Valentin Bourdon

Valentin Bourdon is an architect, researcher, and lecturer at EPFL in Lausanne. After graduating in 2013 from the École d’Architecture de la Ville et des Territoires Paris-Est under the direction of Jacques Lucan, he worked on housing and urban projects at MGAU’s office. In 2020, he completed his PhD thesis at EPFL, under the supervision of Luca Ortelli. From 2021 to 2023, he coordinated the Master of Advanced Studies ETH EPFL in Urban and Territorial Design, and the Habitat Research Center at EPFL. Since 2023, he has continued his academic commitment while holding a position as head of the Project unit at the Office de l’urbanisme of the Canton of Geneva.
