PréférencesTout accepterTout refuserMartin Rajman, born 1962 in Pilsen, Czech Republic, is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (ENST, Paris). Research assistant from 1987 to 1988 at the Computing Research Laboratory (Las Cruces, USA), he then obtained a PhD in computational linguistics at ENST-Paris. In March 1992, M. Rajman joined the Artificial Intelligence Group of the ENST, where he was responsible for the Natural Language research program. He launched several research projects, in particular in the domain of distributional semantics-based information retrieval and probabilistic parsing. Since September 1996, M. Rajman is member of the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), where he is in charge of the development of research and teaching activities in the domain of natural language.
